By accessing this website, requesting a delivery, booking a service, purchasing goods from a participating business for delivery, participating in a business partnership, or accepting a delivery from MAX IS MOBILE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, cannot use MAX IS MOBILE services. using max is mobile services is an agreement to the terms and conditions.
MAX IS MOBILE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms and Conditions will be published on this website and take effect immediately upon publication.
Food & Beverage Deliveries
MAX IS MOBILE collects and delivers completed food and beverage orders on behalf of participating businesses.
Food preparation, packaging, allergens, dietary requirements, food safety, product quality, and order accuracy remain the responsibility of the supplying business.
Customers should contact the supplying business directly regarding:
• Allergies
• Dietary requirements
• Product quality concerns
• Refund requests
• Order discrepancies
Food and beverage delivery services are currently limited to the Ingham township and surrounding local area unless otherwise advised.
Pharmacy Deliveries
MAX IS MOBILE transports sealed pharmacy products on behalf of participating pharmacies.
MAX IS MOBILE does not:
• Dispense medications
• Provide medication advice
• Provide medical advice
• Provide clinical recommendations
• Open pharmacy products
• Alter pharmacy packaging
Questions regarding medications, prescriptions, dosage instructions, or medical concerns should be directed to the supplying pharmacy or healthcare professional.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that pharmacy orders have been arranged and paid for directly with the pharmacy prior to delivery.
Delivery Services
MAX IS MOBILE will make every reasonable effort to complete deliveries safely and efficiently.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Business preparation times
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
MAX IS MOBILE cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
• Names
• Delivery addresses
• Contact details
• Delivery instructions
MAX IS MOBILE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information being supplied.
Safety and Refusal of Service
MAX IS MOBILE reserves the right to refuse, postpone, suspend, or cancel deliveries where safety concerns exist, including:
• Aggressive animals
• Unsafe access
• Threatening behavior
• Severe weather
• Unsafe environmental conditions
• Circumstances that place our personnel or members of the public at risk
Liability
MAX IS MOBILE acts solely as a collection and delivery provider.
Responsibility for products, including food safety, medication accuracy, packaging, quality, allergens, suitability, and compliance with legislation remains with the supplying business.
To the extent permitted by law, MAX IS MOBILE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from products supplied by third parties.
Insurance
MAX IS MOBILE maintains appropriate business insurance, including Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity and all Insurances relevant to the services it provides.
